At SAYSKY, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance running gear. If your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in original packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
